Dear Falcon Students, Families, Staff, and Community,

It is an honor to welcome you to Vilseck High School and to the 2026–2027 school year.

When I first arrived at Vilseck High School in October 2023, I quickly discovered what makes this school community so special. Vilseck is more than a place where students attend classes each day. It is a community built on relationships, opportunity, high expectations, and a shared commitment to helping every student find success.

Now, as I continue my fourth school year as Principal of Vilseck High School, I remain incredibly proud of how far we have come and even more excited about where we are going.

Our focus this year is “From Vision to Results: Reenergized, Realigned, and Ready to Soar to New Heights!” This theme represents the next chapter of our work. We have established a clear vision for what we want for our students, and now our collective responsibility is to ensure that vision is reflected in the experiences and outcomes of every Falcon.

At Vilseck High School, we believe our students deserve exceptional learning experiences that challenge them to think critically, communicate effectively, take intellectual risks, and recognize their own potential. We are committed to providing rigorous and engaging instruction while using evidence of student learning to continually improve what we do. Our goal is not simply for students to complete high school, but for them to leave Vilseck prepared to succeed in college, careers, military service, and wherever their futures may lead.

We are equally committed to ensuring that students feel known, supported, and connected. Whether through academics, athletics, extracurricular activities, student leadership, or service to our community, we want every Falcon to discover opportunities to grow and contribute.

None of this work happens in isolation. The partnership between our students, educators, families, military-connected community, and community partners remains essential to our success. I encourage our families to stay connected, ask questions, attend school events, support our newly established PTSA, celebrate our students, and remain active partners in their education.

As Principal, I am fortunate to serve alongside an extraordinary team of educators and support professionals who care deeply about our students. I am also grateful for the trust our families place in us each day. Leading Vilseck High School is a responsibility I do not take lightly.

There is much to be proud of at VHS, but we also recognize that excellence requires us to continue learning, improving, and challenging ourselves. We will celebrate our accomplishments while continuing to ask an important question: What can we do next to make the experience and outcomes of our students even better?

That mindset will continue to guide us.

To our returning Falcons, welcome back. To the students and families joining us for the first time, welcome to the Falcon Family. I hope you quickly discover what those of us who have the privilege of serving here already know: Vilseck High School is a special place, and being a Falcon means something.
