Principal's Corner

Dear Vilseck High School Community,

As I enter my third year serving as Principal of Vilseck High School, I continue to be filled with pride and gratitude for the remarkable students, staff, and families that make up our Falcon community. Together, we have achieved significant success—our Advanced Placement (AP) scores and Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) efforts have shown impressive gains, student engagement in academic and extracurricular programs continues to grow, and our culture of care and connection is stronger than ever.

I remain committed to providing steady, student-centered leadership. Our progress over the past two years proves what we are capable of when we stay focused on growth, resilience, and community. We have embraced high expectations while nurturing a culture grounded in kindness, fairness, and consistency. This balance is the foundation of our shared mission.

Communication remains a top priority. I believe in listening first, valuing every voice, and working collaboratively to ensure the best outcomes for our students. We will continue to honor diverse perspectives, strengthen academic achievement, and cultivate a safe and environment where each student is empowered to thrive.

Thank you for the trust you place in our school. I am excited for the year ahead and look forward to partnering with you as we continue to build on our momentum.

With commitment and Falcon pride,

Dr. Quintin Q. Davis
